Thank you for your interest in being an important part of the Third Annual Bluegrass Festival to be held in Greenville, New York on August 15th, 16th, and 17th, of 2008 ü The festival will be held on the land of Chris Ahlf, an operating farm at 5143 State Route 81, ½ mile west of Greenville, New York. ü This will be an outdoor festival and kicks off on Friday, August 15th at 12:00 noon, with camping on-site or local lodging available, if you wish to stay overnight. ü Your entry fee to participate is a non-refundable $35 made payable to The Freehold Aviation Association. This fee entitles you to display & sell your items plus enjoy the festival for all three days including camping. If you are not able, or choose not to participate on all three days, the fee remains non-refundable at $35. ü Each crafter/vendor will have approximately 10’x10’ set up space. ü Electricity will be made available if specified. ü Each crafter/vendor will be responsible for set up of their own tables, chairs, tents, display items, merchandise, etc. Each craft/vendor participant shall assume all responsibility for and agrees to indemnify and to hold harmless Freehold Aviation Association against any and all loss, cost, charge, or damage arising from injuries sustained by participant or by any persons whatsoever to his/her property during the course of the scheduled event. ü For further information, please contact Gloria VanDyke-Dean at 966-4709 or by email gvandyke@stpetershealthcare.org. ü Please return the registration form with your remittance. |
